Maria Abassi is the founder of Leroy-M, an international staffing agency created for ultra-high-net-worth ecosystems: private families, family offices, estates, superyachts and private aviation. She leads every mandate personally, matching exceptional people with households that expect complete discretion.
Maria holds a degree in Law, which shapes the way she works: careful contracts, clear terms of engagement and strict confidentiality for clients and candidates alike. She is also a certified United Nations Volunteer, bringing an international outlook and a commitment to service to every placement.
Before founding Leroy-M, Maria spent years as an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager. She knows from the inside how a private office runs, what a principal needs from their team, and how much depends on choosing the right person.
